Michael is an actor who pretended to be a woman to find a job. During this time he learned that he was to offensive to the other people while he was a man. While beeing a woman he could be more aggresive becouse everyone expects that. He learned also that women are treated worse than men(for example the director with Sandy) but people are more likely to forgive them their behaviour(as a woman he could say everything to everyone on the movie plan).

Well, I agree with some of your comments but are really puzzled by others. For instance, "While being a woman he could be more aggressive because everyone expects that." Really? Who expects women to be aggressive? Where does this come from? He was allowed to be aggressive because he seemed to be rather eccentric as a woman and he fitted the character he played.
