House M. D. s01e01 "Everybody lies"

Our new task is to write a review and a comment of  a chosen TV series.  I chose House M. D. I watched it already few years ago but I liked it very much so I don't mind watching it again. The series is about a doctor named Gregory House.  He is eccentric, cynical, impolite, honest, bright and very intelligent pearson. He is a boss of a "special cases" ward. He treats people with unusual diseases.

In this episode his patient is a woman who works in a kindergarden. During the lesson she got problems with talking and eventually epileptic attack. At first it was thought that she has a tumor but after some testing and thinking House figured out that she has a tapeworm in her head.
I liked this episode mainly becouse of the main character whose personality is great and very funny. His cynicism and intelligence is a hilarious connection.  The thing I like the most is that House treats everybody like an idiots.

Phrase I enjoyed:
"Humanity is overrated"
House said that after a sentence "I don't like talking to patients, they can lie to you but you can't lie to them"

(I watch this series with a english subtitles to understand the medical terms I'm not familiar with)

I think that your blog is very good . First of all your posts are suprisingly long. You usually don't look like a pearson who like to talk much. Your posts are pleasant to read becouse of your writing style. When I'm reading your blog I fell like I'm listening to the interview rather than just reading. It's clear that you pay attention and concentrate while writing. Your posts didn't change much since the beginning of the term but I don't think that they really need changing at all. I don't see any big grammar mistakes (probably becouse I'm not very good at grammar), but sometimes your posts are slightly chaotic and unorganized.
To sum up your blog is well-written and I found it very interesting. I think that you are one of the best writers in our class.

Mr Bean

Mr Bean had to go to the hospital becouse his hand had got stuck in a kettle. In a waiting room he had noticed that there were only one free chair left and an old man wanted to sit there so Mr Bean dashed to the seat to take it. Then he saw a woman all in bandages who was sitting next to him so he started to stretch his arms and legs to make fun of her. He noticed that she had a number about 30 before his therefore he swapped the numbers and pretend that he was talking with her so the nurse didn't noticed anything. Next he saw a kid with a pot on his head so he wrote 0 on his number to change it from 85 to 850. Later he figured out that his number - 52 is a reflection of the number 25 which was supposed to be next therefore he turn the monitor upside down. Unfortunately the woman whose number he had stolen stopped him and the nurse turn monitor back to normal. He fell asleep and he dropped the number so the woman he had been having laugh at "told" the nurse that this it was here's. When he woke up he realized that he lost his chance and he went for another number.

Should boys and girls go to separate schools?

I think boys and girls shouldn't go to separate schools. For me that idea is pointless becouse they won't be able to meet and get to know each other. For instance they won't know how to communicate with different sex person. Probably they would have problems in mature life in particular to find their "another half". Another reason why it's pointless is that introducing this idea will consume much time and money. For all this reasons that idea have more disadvantages than advantages.

Handwriting test

My personality based on a handwriting test:

Size of my handwriting is rather average so I'm well-adjusted and adaptable. Gaps between words are neither large or small so the test can't tell me If I enjoy freedom or can't stand to be alone. Words that I write don't slant in any direction so I should be logical and practical. Loops crated by tle letter 'e' are not unequivocal becouse sometimes there are wide and sometimes they are narrow so probably  I'm relaxed and spontaneous  as well as sceptical. Dot above my 'i' is situated on the right. Test says that procrastinators put their dots at the left of the letter. It doesn't match probably becouse I'm left-handed. I have long crosses on 't' so I'm determined, enthusiastic and stubborn.  My letters are connected  which means that I'm logical and that's what I totally agree. I write closed 'o' and  my letters are pointed so I'm private,  aggressive and intelligent. I also put pressure on the pen while writing which means that I don't respond well to criticism. I write very quickly so I'm impatient and dislike delays.
I think that the test match many of my personality traits but it's not the thing that I would totally rely on.

Tootsie - Les's perspective

I've met Dorothy when she came to my farm with me and my daughter. I knew her from a series and I was her big fan. She was my daughter's best friend so I was sure that she was a good pearson. I didn't think that I will fall in love with her. She was strong and independent just like my wife. She stayed at farm for a couple of days and she looked happy. I thought that I really had a chance to get married again. Some time later I invited her to my favourite restaurant where i tried to propose to her, but unfortunatly she was too shocked and she left in hurry. I really didnt think that she could be a man! She came out with it in the episode of the series. Her true name was Michel! I felt fooled and so angry on him. I met him later in a bar when we had a talk and I realized that he is quite cool man   (except the fact that I would kill him if we had kissed before). He said that he love my daughter and I dont know why but I felt happy.

Tootsie

Michael is an actor who pretended to be a woman to find a job. During this time he learned that he was to offensive to the other people while he was a man. While beeing a woman he could be more aggresive becouse everyone expects that. He learned also that women are treated worse than men(for example the director with Sandy) but people are more likely to forgive them their behaviour(as a woman he could say everything to everyone on the movie plan).
